Growing monitoring, evaluation and learning within the Start Network
October 15, 2015
The Start Network is seeking two new colleagues to help grow our monitoring, evaluation and learning.
Currently, monitoring, evaluation and learning at the Start Network covers four main programmes worth nearly £80 million: the Start Fund, the Disasters and Emergencies Preparedness Programme (DEPP), the West Africa and Ebola Preparedness Programme and the Cameroon refugee response.
We now need dedicated expertise in evaluation management and expertise to maximize evidence for accountability and learning in the Start Fund. The new roles are:
- Evaluation Adviser, which closes on 25 October 2015
- Start Fund Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager, which closes on 1 November 2015
The Evaluation Adviser, role is based within the Start Network monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) Team hosted by ACF-UK and will manage the independent evaluation components for each stream of work. Read more.
The Start Fund Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager will push the Start Fund to improve the technical quality of its monitoring and evaluation and help ensure that learning leads to change. Read more.
